Quartz Smart Events is excited to announce the launch of a new blockbuster event for the emergent short-term accommodation industry.

The Short Stay Show is a ground-breaking new event taking place on Thursday 14 March at the world-class London venue, ExCeL. The show serves an exciting ecosystem of accommodation, technology, hospitality, business travel, guest experience and tourism.

The show is powered by the STAA – Short Term Accommodation Association which is committed to bringing the short term accommodation industry together.

The launch show which is expecting a 1,000 visitors has four key zones all designed to serve every element of this fast-moving and high-growth sector. The zones include;

  • A Premium-Access Conference for industry stakeholders and influencers wanting to hear from keynote speakers, UK Government representatives and notable panel session players.
  • An Innovative Marketplace packed with new products and services for the sector including technology companies, platforms, traditional hospitality suppliers and specialist travel companies.
  • Two Seminar Stages of learning and betterment for property owners, managers and hosts who are looking to find out the latest trends to improve their properties and listings.
  • A Central Networking Area to connect, collaborate and converse with peers, industry figures and property owners.


Short Stay Show Co-Founder, Jim Curry, announced; “A progressive sector needs a progressive event and that is exactly what we are building in partnership with the STAA. Our intention is to build an annual flagship event for the industry that will act as a soap box, a beacon and a meeting ground for the entire ecosystem and its wider stakeholders.
